CA Tony Martin is the Managing Partner of TAAS & Associates, leading the firm’s overall strategy, management, and professional operations. He heads the Audit, Assurance, and Compliance functions, ensuring the highest standards of technical excellence, regulatory adherence, and client service delivery.
A Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI), Tony is also a member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA), UK. He is an active member of the Dubai Chapter of ICAI and holds an Auditor’s License issued by the Ministry of Economy, UAE.
With over 20 years of extensive professional experience, Tony has built strong expertise across Retail, Distribution, Services, Real Estate, and Consultancy sectors. His experience spans financial leadership, risk management, strategic planning, banking relationships, and structuring of funded and non-funded facilities. He maintains long-standing professional associations with leading financial institutions, supporting clients in building strong and sustainable financial structures.
Prior to joining TAAS & Associates, Tony held senior leadership roles including Chief Financial Officer at Milbridge Group, a Dubai-headquartered manufacturing group with operations in Rwanda, Angola, and South Africa. He also served as Finance Director at Standard Marconi Group, overseeing financial operations across the UAE, Switzerland, Turkey, Brazil, and Australia. His professional journey includes key positions with reputed regional and international organizations such as Al Serkal Group, Bhatia Brothers, Damac Properties, Galadari & Associates, and other prominent business groups in the UAE.
Tony’s diverse international exposure, strong technical foundation, and practical commercial insight enable him to provide strategic, value-driven advisory services to clients across multiple industries. His ability to manage complex financial structures and support business growth significantly strengthens the firm’s leadership and professional capabilities.
